Move seamlessly between postures in this faster-paced, free-flowing, strong form of Yoga. Sweat it out by working your mind and body, breathing deeply to fill your lungs with air and a sense of calm. Feel more powerful, energized and in control.

Tone, sculpt and lengthen every major muscle group in your body with a special emphasis on your abdominals. Push your strength and flexibility to the next level making your Yoga practice a more complete workout for your body, mind and soul.

BODY REBALANCE (YOGA ALL LEVELS)

Body Rebalance Yoga is a Vinyasa class, which allows students to breathe more deeply and increase flexibility, strength, and stamina. A collection of gentle moves and poses set to inspiring music creates a wonderful sense of wellbeing. Feel more powerful, centered and relaxed.
