Andrea began her yoga practice in Los Angeles at age 16. Through her experience, she learned that yoga is not simply a workout —it is a science and a philosophy that has changed the way she interacts with the world, and ultimately, herself. Yoga makes her a more present and grounded person.
She has found that yoga benefits every aspect of her life, such as her mental and physical well-being, relationships, and creative pursuits.
After teaching private lessons and completing her YogaWorks 200-hour Teacher Training, she has felt driven to continuously share what she learns on her journey.
Her passion is teaching people from all walks of life, especially beginners. She emphasizes that yoga is for everyone and anyone. Flexibility, strength and patience are some of the many qualities to gain from practicing yoga —not prerequisites.
Arielle has been a Yoga practitioner for 15 years and is known for paying close attention to every one of her students. She privately trains some of Hollywood’s top A-list celebrities, including the teams over at The Zoe Report, and WILDFOX. In 2009, Arielle received her Yoga Alliance Certification with Tamal Dodge, and has since taught all throughout Los Angeles and Southern California.

Brianna is a dancer and Pilates instructor from Ontario, California. She studied Pilates at the Body Arts & Science Institute and holds a bachelors degree in dance from Loyola Marymount University. After studying dance for 15 years, she needed a way to maintain her flexibility, build strength, and prevent injury. She was introduced to Pilates and fell in love with the practice. She soon discovered that it was essential to her life and she wanted to share it with others.
Brianna’s goal is to inspire confidence and encourage individual growth in all of her students. Her classes are centered around building awareness, flexibility, and strength. She welcomes all levels! Come enjoy a diverse Pilates mat class that includes meditation, a sweat session and flexibility training!
In 2009, Danielle discovered Yoga when her mother encouraged her to take a class to increase flexibility. An avid equestrian, Danielle agreed to try Yoga to help loosen up her tight hips.
After finding great relief throughout her entire body, she continued to enjoy the practice of Yoga, eventually stumbling across New York’s Good Ground Yoga back in 2012, which forever changed her life’s course. After completing Good Ground Yoga’s 200-hour Teacher Training, Danielle felt committed to spreading her knowledge by helping other people intelligently learn how to take a deep breath, and get in touch with their bodies.
Born in England, Emily retired from her career as a professional dancer in 2008, and began practicing Yoga to maintain her fitness and flexibility. She fell in love with the regime when she realized it helped control her daily worries/fears, and allowed her to be more present.
Certified through YogaWorks’ 500-hour program and Yoga Alliance, Emily teaches an intelligent sequence of asana poses to help shift perspective, gain more clarity, and feel empowered, strong and balanced. She assists her students to focus on owning their truth and connecting back to the current moment, taking an honest approach to what is their now.
Almost like a dance, Emily transitions through the Yoga poses with smooth grace, consciously focusing on breath and alignment.
Megan grew up in southwest Missouri and moved to sunny Santa Monica, CA when she was 19. Always having a passion for Yoga, she became certified as an instructor through YogaWorks’ 500-hour program and Yoga Alliance.
Teaching a fresh and empowering Vinyasa style flow, Megan ensures her class participants feel and come alive. Synchronized to the breath, her style utilizes a smooth transition through the poses, almost like a beautiful dance, as students move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
Inspiring you to be the best version of yourself, the class style is straightforward and alignment driven, yet non traditional. Megan is bound to encourage you to work with your truth in the present moment.
Meghan graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in New York where she majored in Dance and Choreography. After college, she performed as a modern dancer in New York and San Francisco. She became a Pilates instructor because it's such a great way to stay connected to everything she loves about dance. Her greatest love right now is being a mother to her two year old daughter, Esme! She is so happy to be a part of the wonderful team at 30Fifteen.
Pilar’s yoga journey started at the young age of 16 to support her body while being a full time athlete. Her yoga practice soon became a life necessity later on as an adult to keep her health, nourishment and well being in check.
The yoga practice for Pilar is an everyday practice of reflection, body inquiry and self-love. She teaches from the grounded philosophy of staying with your body by using breath and self-awareness as your anchor. Pilar is trained from a trauma-informed perspective which supports and is inclusive of those struggling to stay at home in their bodies from whatever levels of trauma have affected them.
Specializing in yoga therapeutics for adults, children and disabled people, she strongly believes that yoga is for any body and welcomes all levels of yoga practitioners. Pilar goes beyond the typical yoga class by integrating intuitive movement and sensory awareness to feel grounded, resourced, and free.
While attending graduate school in Baltimore, MD, Tangi discovered her love for yoga. It was the way that yoga made her feel physically, mentally, and spiritually, allowing her to have a more balanced and peaceful outlook on life. After graduation, this Mississippi girl moved to L.A. and continued to develop her practice. Wanting to learn and understand yoga more, Tangi enrolled into the Tamal Yoga School and received her Yoga Alliance Certification. During her teacher training program, Tangi found a desire to share her knowledge and made the decision to start teaching.
Tangi believes that yoga is a personal journey for each and every person, and focuses on that as a cornerstone of how she presents herself when teaching. Her classes are designed to be faster-paced, sweaty, fluid, and alignment-focused. She is excited to be a part of the 30Fifteen family and to share her passion for yoga with her students.
